Written Answers. - Sports Capital Programme.
Under the guidelines, terms and conditions governing my Department's sports capital programme, organisations in receipt of grant assistance of over £39,000 are required to execute a deed of trust before payments of the grant can be made. In relation to the club in question, the Department's legal advisers, in the Office of the Chief State Solicitor, are at present preparing the deed in conjunction with the club's solicitors.
