77 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs his views on a press report (details supplied) that overall control of the Rapid Reaction Force of the European Union to which Ireland has an undertaking to contribute, will be in the hands of NATO's Deputy Supreme Commander; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
