114 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Health and Children if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 241 of 21 November 2000 he can inform Deputy Upton of the conclusions of the Irish Medicines Board investigation into a product (details supplied). [28148/00]
The Irish Medicines Board has not yet carried out an investigation into the product to which the Deputy refers. The board has advised me that the enforcement officer has a long list of products awaiting investigation and that it could not say when the investigation into this product will be completed. I will contact the Deputy immediately the board's report in the matter has been received.
