I refer the Deputy to Question No. 71 which I answered on 28 November.
In my reply I dealt comprehensively with the issue of the proportion of the aid budget directed to the poorest countries which is actually reaching its intended beneficiaries. The same set of considerations as outlined in that reply are equally applicable to our specific aid programmes in Tanzania and Zambia.
