Ceist:321 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will instruct the Land Registry to expedite a dealing for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo. [28206/00]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for release of burden which was lodged on 24 October 2000.
I am further informed that the application is being processed at present and, subject to no queries arising, should be completed within the next two weeks.
