408 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Education and Science if he has received the file on the sale of Carysfort College, Blackrock, County Dublin back from the Moriarty tribunal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [28742/00]

In August 1999 my Department provided the Moriarty tribunal with all papers held in the Department relating to the closure and subsequent purchase of Carysfort College by University College Dublin. These papers have not yet been returned to my Department.
