128 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Finance if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 485 of 3 October 2000, he will again intervene on behalf of a person (details supplied) and have her placed in Sligo in view of the fact that she is ready for immediate employment; if he has had any discussion on her behalf; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The person concerned has been successful at an open competition held by the Civil Service Commission for positions as clerical officer. The Civil Service Commission intends to offer her an assignment to the Department of Social, Community and Family Affairs in Sligo.
