Vol. 532 No. 4

Written Answers. - Departmental Funding.

Denis Foley

Ceist:

220 Mr. Foley asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if he will list, in respect of County Kerry for each of the years 1997, 1998, 1999 and 2000, the grants, projects or schemes funded by his Department, or any agency under the aegis of his Department; the receiving body or organisation; and the amount allocated in each instance. [7500/01]

The information requested by the Deputy in respect of grants, projects or schemes operated by my Department, exclusive of grants to individual farmers, is outlined in the following schedule. As regards agencies under the aegis of my Department, payments of this nature are day-to-day operational matters for the bodies themselves and, accordingly, I have no function in that regard. Inquiries can be addressed to the individual agencies themselves.
