313 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Health and Children if he has approved the planning brief submitted by the Mid-Western Health Board for the Alzheimer unit in St. Ita's Hospital, Newcastlewest, County Limerick. [7463/01]

My Department has examined and approved the draft brief which the Mid-Western Health Board had submitted in relation to the development of a new dementia unit at St. Ita's Hospital, Newcastlewest.
