506 Mr. Currie asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will report on the progress made in relation to recommendations (details supplied) in the report and recommendations of Mr. John Wilson with reference to the Dublin-Monaghan bomb atrocities; and if he will make a statement on the matter. 507 Mr. B. Smith asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the progress to date in relation to recommendations (details supplied) of the Victims Commission; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [7470/01]

542 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the action he will take on the report and recommendations of Mr. John Wilson, the Victims Commission, which was published in July 1999 concerning the Dublin and Monaghan bombings; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [7812/01]

I propose to take Questions Nos. 506, 507 and 542 together.

Work is proceeding on developing an implementation plan in respect of the recommendations in the report, including the specific recommendations referred to by the Deputies, based on consultations with other Departments and agencies. I expect to submit the plan to Government for approval in the near future.
