Ceist:533 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when registration of title will take place for a person (details supplied) in County Limerick. [7752/01]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the applicant named by the Deputy was registered as the owner of the folio quoted by the Deputy on 10 April 2000. The Land Registry has stated that notice of registration, together with the land certificate for the property, issued to the lodging solicitors on 28 June 2000.
I am also informed that, since that date, the only transaction on the folio was the cancellation of a judgment mortgage and notice of completion issued in that case on 12 February 2001. I am further informed by the Land Registry that there are no applications pending on the property at present.
