549 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a dealing in the Land Registry Office will be completed for persons (details supplied) in County Mayo; and if it can be expedited as it is delaying the building of their home. [7978/01]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a transfer of part which was lodged on 11 June 1998.
I am further informed that the application is in the final stages of completion at present and, subject to no queries arising, should be completed within the next four weeks.
