As I have not received the document referred to, I am not in a position to comment on any details of that document.
However, as the Deputy may be aware, the Task Force on the Prevention of Workplace Bullying, which I set up, is presently completing its work and I look forward to receiving its final report in the coming weeks.
The task force, the composition of which is drawn from a number of Departments, State agencies and the social partners, is examining workplace bullying in detail. It is focusing on identifying the size of the problem and the employment sectors most at risk as well as developing proposals for practical programmes and strategies, both to prevent workplace bullying, and to provide a co-ordinated response from the relevant State agencies.
I anticipate that the task force report, including the findings of the comprehensive national survey on workplace bullying, which was commissioned by the task force and undertaken by the ESRI, will be particularly useful in helping to inform future strategies and policies for dealing with workplace bullying at both State level, and at the level of individual enterprises.
