94 Mr. M. Higgins asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if she has yet brought proposals for legislation arising from the report of the special working group to advise on the establishment of a personal injuries tribunal to Government; if she will publish this report; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The Government considered this matter at its weekly meeting today. When the Cabinet decision is received by us, we will take the appropriate action thereon.
