Ceist:249 Mr. Spring asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 156 of 28 March 2001, her attention has been drawn to the fact that the laying out of a golf course (details supplied) commenced in a manner totally permissible by law in 1994; and her views on whether ministerial consent was not necessary at that time as the natural habitats regulations did not come into force until February 1997.
