123 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 131 of 14 February 2001, regarding subvention for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny, the South Eastern Health Board have issued a report or reply. [11185/01]
The provision of health services, and thus the operation of the nursing home subvention scheme, in the Kilkenny area is a matter for the South Eastern Health Board. I have been advised by the South Eastern Health Board that officials of the board met with the individual concerned on 20 February last. A letter from the board was also issued on 7 March last.
