141 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Health and Children the number of patients in each health board area removed from the waiting lists due to the fact that they died in each of the years 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000 and to date in 2001. [11284/01]

142 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Health and Children the number of patients in each health board area removed from the waiting lists who did not undergo the procedure for which they were originally placed on the lists in each of the years 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000 and to date in 2001. 143 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Health and Children the number of patients removed from the waiting lists of the Mid-Western Regional Hospital, Limerick, who did not complete the procedure for which they were originally placed on the list in each of the years 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000 and to date in 2001. I propose to take Questions Nos. 141 to 143, inclusive, together.

Hospital in-patient waiting list data is collated by my Department on a quarterly basis from information supplied by the health agencies under various specialties. This data does not iden tify the specific reasons why patients are removed from waiting lists.
