Bill entitled an Act to establish a body to be known as Horse Racing Ireland, to define its functions, to dissolve the Irish Horseracing Authority, to amend and extend the Irish Horseracing Industry Act, 1994, the Greyhound Industry Act, 1958, the Betting Act, 1931, and to provide for connected matters.
