I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a transfer order lodged on 26 September 2000 dealing No. D2000SM007553P refers. Subject to no queries arising, the case should be completed within the next two to three weeks.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the Land Registry is in correspondence with the solicitor for the person mentioned by the Deputy in relation to a dealing which has been completed. The Land Registry expects to be in a position to respond within the next two to three weeks.
