All schools in the free education scheme have an entitlement to an ex-quota allocation in respect of remedial education. The approved teacher allocation for the County Tipperary South Riding VEC for the current school year includes an allocation of a post for remedial education in respect of St. Ailbhe's vocational school, Tipperary town.
