221 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if he will take steps to have a grant paid immediately to a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath in respect of farm development which included the implementation of farmyard pollution control; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
