387 Mr. Gormley asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will provide a copy of all correspondence between his Department and the European Commission in relation to implementation of European Union directives on waste for the past three years. [16672/01]

I will provide copies of the correspondence in question other than those cases which are the subject of court proceedings. I will write to the Deputy regarding the matter.
