Allocation of Time: Motion.

I move:

That notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders or the Order of the Dáil of this day the resumed Second Stage of the Agriculture Appeals Bill, 2001 shall be taken on the adjournment of the Statements on the Nice referendum today and the proceedings thereon shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion at 5.20 p.m.

That notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders or, where applicable, the Orders of the Dáil referring the following Bills to the select committees indicated below, each select committee shall, not later than the date indicated in each case, send a Message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 79(b) in respect of the completion of its consideration of each such Bill and Standing Order 79(a)(2) shall accordingly apply: the Agriculture Appeals Bill, 2001, the Select Committee on Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Tuesday, 26 June 2001; the Dormant Accounts Bill, 2001, the Select Committee on Finance and the Public Service, Wednesday, 27 June 2001; the Adventure Activities Standards Authority Bill, 2001, the Select Committee on Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Wednesday, 27 June 2001, and the Electoral (Amendment) Bill, 2000 [Seanad], Select Committee on the Environment and Local Government, Friday, 29 June 2001.
