149 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health and Children if the advisory group on the establishment of an enterprise liability scheme has completed its final report; and, if so, when decisions based on the report will be made. [20343/01]
The Government is pressing ahead with this proposal but the final report has not yet been completed. The detailed implementation of the decisions outlined in the report is still a matter for discussion with the interested parties. The introduction of the scheme is still set for July 2002.
