O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if funding has been withdrawn from farm development for the payment of grants for pollution and dairy hygiene due to the inordinate costs incurred as a result of the foot and mouth disease crisis; and if so, if he will request the Government to make additional funding available.
