Ceist:162 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will investigate an incident involving a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; if the full facts and reports on the incident will be made available to the person's father or sister; if the South-Eastern Health Board will confirm the treatment programme or protocol for out-patients; if procedures in this case were fully followed; if the South-Eastern Health Board will inform the family of the treatment programme for the future; and if he will request a full copy of the report for his information.
