307 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason for the delay in the purchase of ground rent which has already been agreed in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [20803/01]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that, based on the information supplied, it has not been possible to trace an application to purchase ground rent under the Landlord and Tenant (Ground Rents) (No. 2) Act, 1978, from the person named by the Deputy.
If the Deputy is able to provide further information such as a dealing number I will have further inquiries made in the matter.
