That Dáil Éireann approves the following Order in draft:
Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1983 (Increase in Number of Ordinary Members of An Bord Pleanála) Order, 2001,
a copy of which was laid in draft before the Dáil on the 20th day of June, 2001.
