A query on sheep numbers arose in the course of processing the claim for payment of the person named and he was advised that payment would issue subject to a small reduction penalty. He appealed this decision on the grounds that he made a genuine error in completing his application form. His appeal was successful and his application has now been cleared for payment, without penalty. Payment will issue shortly.
