539 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Health and Children if the children of persons (details supplied) in County Kildare will be transferred from St. Mary's, Baldoyle, County Dublin, to St. Raphael's, Celbridge, County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21932/01]

As the provision of services to persons with an intellectual disability in the Kildare region is the responsibility of the Eastern Regional Health Authority in the first instance, I have forwarded the Deputy's inquiry to the chief executive officer of the authority for attention and direct reply.
