719 Mr. Kenneally asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the number of houses approved for each housing authority in 1999; the number of those houses already allocated to tenants by each authority; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21915/01]
Information on the number of authorised starts for 1999 under the local authority housing construction and acquisition programme is set out in the following table. The number of starts and the number of houses completed or acquired by each local authority are also included. Most of the completions in any one year would be the result of houses started in the previous year.
