Ceist:895 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when an application to the Land Registry Office by a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will be dealt with. [21832/01]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for transmission which was lodged on 7 February 2001. I am further informed that a query issued to the lodging solicitor on 31 August 2001 and the application cannot proceed until this query has been satisfactorily resolved. I can assure the Deputy that the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible after a satisfactory reply has been received.
