Ceist:

1082 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Education and Science the reason a person (details supplied) in County Mayo must walk half a mile each morning to reach the school bus pick-up point; and the reason this person is not collected at his home. [21681/01]

Minister for Education and Science (Dr. Woods):

My Department has requested a report from Bus Éireann regarding the pupil in question. The Deputy will be advised of the position as soon as the report is received and assessed.
