157 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health and Children if he has received a threat of industrial action from the Irish Hospital Consultants' Association, if his Department implements the new system for insuring the work of consultants without the Irish Hospital Consultants' Association agreement. I am not aware of any threat of industrial action by the Irish Hospital Consultants' Association relating to the proposed introduction of enterprise liability.
