198 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health and Children the average number of patients lying on trolleys in each public hospital; the average length of stay for patients on these trolleys; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25826/01]
The information requested by the Deputy is not routinely collected by my Department. My Department has, therefore, requested the regional chief executive of the Eastern Regional Health Authority and the chief executive officers of the health boards to compile the information requested by the Deputy and to forward it to him directly.
