Bruton asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the reason there is a delay in signing an Order under the Planning and Development Act 2000, to require planning permission before any filling in of Dublin Bay could be sanctioned; and if he will make arrangements to implement this provision ahead of other sections of the Act which may require advance preparation before coming into effect.
