680 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the steps he will take to have the Land Registry office expedite an application by a person (details supplied) in County Longford for registration; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [26281/01]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for a transfer of part which was lodged on 21 February 2001. I am further informed that this application is in the final stages of completion at present and, subject to no queries arising, should be completed within the next three weeks.
