145 Mr. Durkan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment when a change of work permit will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [26443/01]
I can confirm that the work permits section of my Department has received the application referred to. Assuming that the application is completed correctly and is otherwise in order, and also, taking into account the high number of applications that are being received by my Department, currently running at over 1,000 per week, normal processing time will take approximately eight weeks.
