224 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if full area based payments have been made to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [27618/01]
The person named was paid his full entitlement of £1210.28 under the 2001 area based compensatory allowance scheme on 24 September 2001 in respect of 17.29 hectares of more severely handicapped lowland at £70 per hectare. This compares with his average payment of £641.20 in the 3 years, 1998, 1999 and 2000.
