358 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if his Department, in conjunction with the Office of Public Works and Drogheda Corporation, propose to carry out an environmental reconstruction programme at the Old Abbey, Drogheda, County Louth. [27466/01]
Louth County Council has submitted a strategy document plan outlining proposed works under the urban and village renewal measure of the southern and eastern regional operational programme 2000-2006. The plan indicates that proposed works at the Old Abbey, Drogheda are scheduled for 2003. Details of the projects scheduled for 2001 were submitted for approval and approved. Likewise, details of projects scheduled for 2003 will be submitted for approval in due course.
