152 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Education and Science the position in relation to an application by a person (details supplied) in County Donegal for the provision of a lap-top computer; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [28357/01]
My Department has recently received a report from the inspectorate regarding the special equipment needs of the pupil in question. I am pleased to inform the Deputy that based on this report a grant for the purchase of the equipment in question will be issued shortly by my Department to the school authorities.
