138 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Health and Children the steps he has put in place to allocate funding to the North-Western Health Board to cover a nursing home (details supplied) in County Sligo; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [29378/01]
The provision of health services in the Sligo area, including the administration of the Nursing Homes Act, 1990, rests with the North-Western Health Board. My Department has, therefore, asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate this issue and respond directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
