Ceist:118 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when persons (details supplied) in County Mayo will be approved for the farm retirement scheme. [29384/01]
Written Answers. - Farm Retirement Scheme.
One of the persons named is a participant in the 1994 scheme of early retirement from farming and it was necessary to suspend her pension in March 2001 because my Department had not received legal documentation relating to the renewal of a lease. My Department received this documentation in October. Her pension payments will resume in December and she will receive full arrears.
