306 Mr. D. Carey asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the position regarding an application by Clare County Council to have the Frakle-Scariff and Quilty sewerage schemes progress; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [30908/01]
A brief for the appointment of a client's representative to prepare tender documents for the procurement of these schemes as a grouped design-build-operate project was submitted to my Department by Clare County Council last week. The brief is under examination in my Department and will be dealt with as quickly as possible.
