201 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will provide the resources to the Southern Health Board to sanction the employment of a permanent full-time psychologist and social worker at St. Ita's and St. Joseph's School, Balloonagh, Tralee, County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Responsibility for the provision of services to persons with an intellectual disability in the Kerry region rests with the Southern Health Board. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and to reply to him directly.
