215 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children the working chief psychiatrist/RMS in the Carlow-Kilkenny psychiatric services of the South-Eastern Health Board at the time of the appointment of a person (details supplied) as consultant psychiatrist; the date of the appointment; and the functioning chief psychiatrist/RMS for the months of Sep tember, October, November and December 2001. Responsibility for this matter rests with the South-Eastern Health Board. My Department has, therefore, asked the chief executive officer to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and to reply to him directly.
