323 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands the meetings, formal and informal, of European Union Councils relevant to her portfolio held since June 1997; the number of such meetings personally attended by her; and where not so attended, the person who led the Irish delegation at such council meetings. I refer the Deputy to my reply to Parliamentary Question No. 351 of 26 June 2001. Since then, there has been one formal meeting of the EU Council of Ministers on 5 November, which I attended. There was also one informal meeting of the Council of Ministers on 5-6 December at which I was represented by senior officials of my Department.
