369 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Education and Science if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 178 of 29 November 2001, a person (details supplied) in County Cork will be considered for a third level education grant; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [31423/01]

Further to my response to Parliamentary Question No. 178 of 29 November 2001, my Department understands from County Cork VEC that, on the basis of the additional medical evidence supplied by the student in question, a letter of award was issued to him on 3 December 2001.
