141 Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources the cost of a letter to farmers written by the Minister of State at his Department informing farmers that forestry is the only farm enterprise guaranteeing an annual income for the next 20 years; and if the cost includes outlay and all associated costs.
