143 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources the grant aid assistance he will allocate to clean up the Wavin Lake, Knock Lake, Balbriggan, to ensure that this amenity may be enjoyed by all in this part of Fingal and east Meath; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Eastern Regional Fisheries Board advises me that this water body is in private ownership and is currently managed as a put-and-take fishery by the Gormanston anglers with the board's co-operation. It will be open to the angling club to make an application for grant aid under the tourism and recreational angling measure of the NDP which will be launched shortly.
